No. There wasn’t a “sorry” or an effort to make the situation right for this consumer who had both purchased an expensive spin bike plus the Echelon with the power upgrade (near $400). So, buyer beware. If you think $400 spent for a device that lasted only 3 years is okay, then buy it.

How does the power counter work on Schwinn?

Under STAGE, you should see how your time on the bike, your active mileage, Average Power, then under TOTAL, you should see your total time, total calories burnt, and the total Average Power used. My counter only shows my RPM, my active time, and total time on the bike.
