Dr. Allen Berger among Most Prolific Authors in Finance Journals

Dr. Allen Berger, the H. Montague Osteen, Jr. Professor of Banking and Finance, is one of the most prolific authors published in seven leading finance journals from 1959-2008, according to a new report. Dr. Berger placed 41st among nearly 9,000 authors contributing during that 50-year period.


Dr. Bearden One of Top 50 Scholars

Dr. William O. "Bill" Bearden, Bank of America Chaired Professor of Marketing, is one of the top 50 national/international marketing scholars, according to a study published in the January 2009 issue of Journal of Marketing. Dr. Bearden has published a total of 73 articles from 1982 to 2006, and 24 of these are in the leading marketing journals.


Dr. Malhotra among Most Prolific Authors

Dr. Manoj K. Malhotra, Jeff B. Bates Professor and Chair of the Management Science Department, was recently cited as the third most prolific author in the Journal of Operations Management (JOM), one of the premier academic publications in the field. He was one of only five authors to be published 12 times or more, out of a total 1,071 contributing authors.
