Did You Know?
In June 2009, the National Executive Committee approved the induction of ten members into the 2009 class of Signature Sinfonians. These members are:

Fuchs joined Aebersold, the 2009 Man of Music, and Ticheli, the 2009 National Honorary, to receive their award at the 2009 National Convention. Plans are being made to recognize the remaining recipients over the coming months.
The Signature Sinfonian recognizes alumni members who have achieved a high standard of accomplishment in their field or profession, thereby bringing honor to Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. Alumni in any profession, occupation or service work are eligible for nomination. Since its inception, 25 members have been inducted as Signature Sinfonians.
The deadline for the 2010 nomination is April 1, 2010. Nomination forms can be downloaded at www.sinfonia.org/alumni.
