Richmond Street Student Gives His Birthday Gifts to ESEF
Last June, a nine-year-old Richmond Street student celebrated his birthday in a unique way--by asking his friends to bring checks written out to the ESEF instead of gifts to his birthday party.

ESUSD Recognized for Strength in Physical Fitness Scores
El Segundo's fifth, seventh, and ninth grade students were recognized in November for excellence in the Department of Education's annual "Fitnessgram" with scores that significantly outranked the statewide average.
