Donors Go Above and Beyond to Support Growing Need for Technology Just imagine . . . participating in a meeting in Oxford, Ohio from the comfort of your home. That is what 38 Delta Zetas did when they pledged over $40,000 in support of the Foundation's Technology Campaign furthering Delta Zeta's commitment to staying on the leading edge of technology. Foundation Trustees approved the campaign plans for upgrades to the Conference Room at our National Headquarters and National Historical Museum in Oxford, Ohio, which were completed early this summer and included:   A custom sideboard featuring two side storage cabinets that enable remote usage of media players, three center bins for storage and housing for a flat screen monitor. The monitor is accessed via hydraulic lift that recesses for storage when not in use and maintains the integrity of our expanded century home.   Separation of the existing conference table and addition of a new center "leg" to allow pop-up cabling and internet modules and expansion of presentation capabilities.   Updates to lighting and décor of the room JoAnn Arnholt, National Training Committee Chairman, was the first to use the technology to present the committee's recommendations to the National Council. JoAnn says, "What a fantastic experience! This new technology allowed me to "visit" Oxford and attend the National Council meeting without leaving New Jersey. Not only could we speak to one another, we were also able to view the presentation together, thereby providing the National Council with a full picture of my committee's proposals."
